mixed feelings about this hotel
the hotel has some nice beaches nearby, the water looked clear.
I asked for a baby bed rail by email, but never received a response and it wasn't in the room upon arrival, the hotel really seems to ignore any special requests. plus, the drainage smell was really strong. We had to block the plug holes with towels.

cold food insecure door
the pool was acceptable. i got a sunbed without problems.
i am really disappointed. the food was often cold and tasteless. there were also problems with the room itself, the balcony door didn't close properly so that was insecure.

Charming Stay with Great Amenities
spacious apartment equipped kitchenette efficient service engaging activities
The apartments were spacious with a fully equipped kitchenette. The pools were clean and well-kept, providing ample space for relaxation. The bar staff remained polite, providing efficient service. The entertainment team were fabulous, offering engaging activities throughout the day.
The walk to our apartment was uphill from the main facilities.

The hotel benefits from its close proximity to a crystal-clear water beach. The location also provides very nice views and is very convenient to reach the shoreline, ideal for beachgoers. I really adored it.

The buffet options catered well to children aged 6-12. There were a lot of choices especially for younger guests (pizzas, burgers, nuggets, hot dogs). The freshness of the food and constant cleaning were evident.
